The kitchen is equipped with a duel fuel Wolf range, a Subzero Refrigerator, Dishwasher, and an under-counter beverage center. With granite countertops, it seamlessly transitions to a bar with seating for four, overlooking the living and dining spaces. Imported from Bali, the dining table, like all furnishings, is tailor-made for the residence, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests for both casual gatherings and elegant soirées. The living area invites relaxation with seating for 8, ideal for board games or satellite TV on the expansive flat-screen. The Main Pavilion offers panoramic 180-degree views of the ocean on one side, and the pool and lush gardens on the other, complemented by over 2,000 square feet of covered verandas.
A pavilion all its own, the primary bedroom boasts breathtaking ocean vistas and an outdoor covered veranda with teak lounge chairs gazing towards the Atlantic. After passing through a sitting room adorned with a sofa beneath a Balinese market painting, intricate hand-carved doors lead to the Primary Bedroom. A King-sized four-poster bed, adorned in exquisite cotton bedding from renowned textile designer John Robshaw, awaits. The lavish bath features double sinks, a spacious walk-in shower, a regal soaking tub, and a separate water closet. Step through the double doors in the bathroom to find a private outdoor shower area, overlooking the Atlantic. This pavilion also hosts an additional full bath for poolside guests.
The Guest Pavilion, a two-story edifice, offers two beautifully appointed beachfront bedrooms on the ground floor, each with its own ensuite bathroom and king-sized bed, adorned with bedding by John Robshaw. Ascend to the upper level for a breathtaking view of the pink sand beach that Eleuthera is famed for, then proceed to the game room, complete with a sleeper sofa, television, bubble hockey game, and wet bar with a concealed beverage center. Another bedroom, featuring a queen-sized bed, full bath, and a Juliet balcony, overlooks the verdant pool area.
Indigo's sprawling grounds extend from the Atlantic Ocean to Savannah Sound, encompassing two pristine beaches on either side of the property. The West-side Savannah Sound beach offers an ideal locale for water sports, complete with a dock. Additionally, a private gym graces the west side of the property. Perched upon a dune, Indigo commands sweeping views of the renowned five-mile Windermere Island beach and the vast Atlantic expanse.
