LIV SIR remains a leader throughout Greater Denver real estate, driving the conversation and exceeding expectations.
Individual brokers and partnerships were awarded 1, 2, 3, or 4 Carat status based on sales during 2023.
- 4 Carat professionals achieved a minimum of $20 million in total sales volume and 60 sides in 2023.
- 3 Carat status achieved a minimum of $12 million in total sales volume and 40 – 49 sides in 2023.
- 2 Carat designation achieved a minimum of $7 million in total sales volume and 30 – 39 sides in 2023.
- 1 Carat awardees achieved $3 - $6.9 million in total sales volume and 20 – 29 sides in 2023.

LIV SIR broker Linda Clure received the 4-Carat designation and Robert Hier received the 2-Carat distinction from SMDRA.
The list of LIV SIR brokers that received the 1-Carat designation from SMDRA includes Kristin Hill, Richard Berst, Rachel Goodman, and Linda Olson.
- 4 Carat partnerships achieved a minimum of $30 million in total sales volume and 60 - 69 sides in 2023.
- 3 Carat partnerships achieved a minimum of $20 million in total sales volume and 50 – 59 sides in 2023.
- 2 Carat partnerships achieved a minimum of $12 million in total sales volume and 40 – 49 sides.
- 1 Carat partnerships achieved a minimum of $5 million in total sales volume and 30 – 39 sides.
LIV SIR brokers Kathryn Fountain and Wanda Ford received the 4-Carat partnership award. Felicia Jenkins and Joyce Paloma were recognized with the 3-Carat partnership award. And Tracy Cole and Todd Cole received the 2-Carat partnership award from SMDRA.
Additional winners were announced at the SMDRA Diamond Circle Excellence Awards and charity silent auction on April 19, 2024, including LIV SIR Castle Pines and LIV SIR Castle Rock offices receiving:
